It is a lackluster product that does not justify its price. Chart's are a nightmare on it, almost zero attention payed when designing the UI, website is from the 1980's..

I've rarely came across a firm that uses it. I've seen postings of small assets management firms requiring it. Personally, I've never used it but there must be something there that's worth paying... what wouldit be?
Morningstar actually has a large offering of products which have applications at any type of shop. Where they go wrong is on their web platform and their "direct" software.

No one who works on the street would use tradingview for their day to day operations.... and Morningstar is not a charting platform like CQG...
What charting platform does RenTec use? What about Bridgewater?
Can confirm RenTech is using a combination of BBG and a proprietary software. Depends on the trader. The only product that is concurrent across the entire floor is Bloomberg.
