I can't figure out the name of this term and it's causing me to lose my mind
I remember reading one time on WSO about this concept where one couldn't quit their job and then start working for a competitor immediately because of trade secrets and shit. There was some kind of cool off period - 2 weeks or a month or something - where the employee just had time to chill between jobs, and there was a cool term for it. But I can't remember exactly what the term is. 'golden leave' or something. And now I'm losing my mind trying to figure out what it's called. I'm searching through WSO for this term and I can't find anything remotely related. Was this all just a dream? Is there a such thing as a golden leave?
