Am I suppose to report this to HR/Throw it away/ Memorize it?

Better yet, scan it. Get one of those throw away emails and email it to a bunch of people in the company anonymously and see how it unfolds.

Looks like everyone is pretty much even in my office/ basically what you would find on Glassdoor. However there are awful COL adjustments for the employees in cheaper markets.
Huge disparity with the C Level Employees and Direct reports to C Level.
Obviously bonuses aren't included here so it really doesn't mean much.
this is the only thing that matters. find out if you're being underpaid, and if not, shred it
I did find out that my initial offer and salary negotiation for higher pay was a big show by HR, just to get me in line with every other employee...
Post that info on WSO and collect bananas. SBs > potentially getting fired any day, all day, every day.

they might be fake numbers that they can use to trace back to you if they go public/get out. Make a copy(not on any company equipment that stores that data...) and report it to HR, giving them the originals, and use it as a fun reference to make sure you're not overpaid, and help out friends if they look underpaid and don't know how to negotiate for a better salary.
