I found everyone in my companies salary when I cleaned out my desk, now what do I do?

Not sure how to handle this, I was cleaning out my desk from whoever sat here before and found a payroll schedule from what I am guessing was an HR temp.

Am I suppose to report this to HR/Throw it away/ Memorize it?

I just don't want to get into trouble, and I have already seen too much.

pin it up somewhere public that you can see from your desk, then kick back and see what happens.

Throw it away? It's probably outdated anyhow.

As long as you aren't being ripped off, it's no real concern of yours anyhow.

Sell it to other coworkers who might be underpaid

Better yet, scan it. Get one of those throw away emails and email it to a bunch of people in the company anonymously and see how it unfolds.

Post that info on WSO and collect bananas. SBs > potentially getting fired any day, all day, every day.

they might be fake numbers that they can use to trace back to you if they go public/get out. Make a copy(not on any company equipment that stores that data...) and report it to HR, giving them the originals, and use it as a fun reference to make sure you're not overpaid, and help out friends if they look underpaid and don't know how to negotiate for a better salary.
