I concur - and I don't believe in one way video interviews because the best performers aren't necessarily the best candidates too.
Additionally, as a cancer survivor with extensive experience I've sometimes wondered if I've been rejected solely for my appearance before but ultimately this is out of the candidates control either way.
There are enough people who see this as a convenience that it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. So try to rehearse the most common questions and hope for the best.
