Ideas for 2017 Summer recruitment
Hi Everyone,
Quick question.
I am a Canadian Student who is going into their 3rd year. My dream has always been to work at BB in New York, and I am doing everything I can to achieve it.
After speaking with a few people, I have heard a few things which I was hoping to get your opinion on. Specifically:
Getting into an off cycle internship at an IBD office that is not in North America, as a get way of getting a summer internship or transitioning to a full time in NYC right after.
Going to NYC to meet with BB bankers, rather than just doing phone calls ( I am actually planning to this one, but I am posting about it here just as a sanity check).
Please let me know what you guys think, and if you have any advice for Summer 2017 recruitment.
