Ideas Never Fulfilled

Since I assume we are all equally bored, I wondering what ideas / brainstorming initiatives we've all thought of in the past. I'm talking about back in college when you and your roomies were sitting around spitballing ideas back and forth (yeah we'd be stoned but w/e) or when you come back from the bar and you're pondering life with your homie while watching obscure youtube clips.

I can remember bouncing apps, subscription, medical, environmental ideas off my friends and going into detail on how we could make it work. Sometimes they were just too unrealistic or too bland, and sometimes when we had good ideas, we'd get caught up in school or whatever and forget about it.

One idea we had in college was literally what ScentBox / Scent Bird rolled out. Monthly cologne subscriptions for men. We had this planned out for months and one night we see an add for Scent Bird and we're all like what the fuck is this..... That one sucked but we moved on.

Curious what ideas you all thought of and if it went anywhere

"m_berle" I'm talking about back in college when you and your roomies were sitting around spitballing ideas back and forth (yeah we'd be stoned but w/e) or when you come back from the bar and you're pondering life with your homie while watching obscure youtube clips.

A little less adventurous that the two ideas posted already, but this reminded me that I've always thought I could successfully do YouTube videos and/or Twitch streaming. It's not exactly brain surgery and many of them are not run like proper businesses. You can get a pretty sweet setup for $2000-$3000 and as "gaming" goes mainstream, there is going to be a market out there for....more socially well-adjusted people instead of manic dudes with green hair or whatever.

Same with a real estate podcast that features interviews with industry big wigs - developers, private equity heads, famous architects, big time GC owners, etc.

I never get around to it. My work time is usually better spent on my day job and I barely have enough downtime for the gym, hobbies, fiancee, and friends as-is.
