If You Use Microsoft Office Everyday LEARN HOW TO USE IT

I'm venting here.

I'm the new guy in my division and the youngest by ~15 years to the next youngest which means we have some dinosaurs here.

My Problem?

There is a dinosaur that refuses to accept anything I do different to her spreadsheets/word docs even when our boss tells me to implement them. I mean she doesn't even know how to use (ctrl+ arrow key) to move around. I added a data validation checklist of our lending officers and one had a title change... so instead of just asking how to fix it or even asking me to fix it... this person began just deleting the DVs on our spreadsheets.

I added checkmarks on pdf before I printed it out instead of using them with a pen... what did she do? Deleted them off the document, saved over it, and reprinted it just to add checkmarks with a pen. Why? Because our auditors might have a question. Well since all of our other divisions do this method... I don't think it's an issue.

This is just the short list but... fuck this is basic stuff here.

Thx,
Gator10
