Improving Mental Stamina?
Do any of the more experienced members of the forum have any useful tips on improving Mental Stamina? I was used to sprinting in undergrad - 12-36 hours of cramming ordinarily gets me up to speed for most tests/presentations/assignments. When I started working, I noticed that sustaining performance over weeks was tough, and I found myself making small errors and not being as mentally clear or organized when I was working 70+ hours a week.
I know that going into the future the hours will only get worse and my mistakes won't be tolerated so if any more experienced Monkeys have tips on how to train myself to have more mental stamina, that would be helpful.
