In over my head

So I'm a current intern at a good boutique bank. My training program is basically non existent and I have been given a crucial assignment for a deal. I am in over my head with this one like even on a basic excel and financial level I'm a bit lost. Everyone else is working on something different. How should I approach this situation.

I'm working on it and IDK know what im doing is even right. I feel like asking for help at this point will just label me as simply incompetent I was thinking just taking this one home pull the allnighter and figure it out.

Don't just fuck around without knowing what you're doing. Be an adult and ask for help.

Google what you can, ask other people for what you can't. Don't spin your wheels. Knowing when to ask for help is an important skill to have in your career.
