Incoming exchange student advice

I'm coming from to the US as part of an exchange student program. I have the following options: WashU (St Louis), UConn, Emory Uni, USC, George Washington (DC).

I need help choosing one for a semester. My parameters are cool-ass people, high quality folks, connected from good backgrounds, party life. Pretty much it.

I work at a boutique HF so high street-placemeny is good to have.
