I signed few month ago my contract for a long term internship (12m contract split in two 6m periods) I am quite scared in asking directly to the MD, so asking to you guys in case someone got experience with this
On the contract is stated that I have right for 25 annual days pro rata of holidays
In case I will do only 6m I have the same right but for half the days? Or if I do 6m only I do not have rights of holidays at all?
I know that probably given we are in EU they are more flexible than the US, but I'm just curious

If pro rata you have around half the 25 days indeed. Ngl if possible I would avoid taking them, though
It's not very wise to take time off as an intern unless it's for an emergency situation. You want to make as good of an impression as possible.
