Is a finance career right for me?

I am really torn, I am a Junior in High School and I am looking at colleges with finance/econ degrees because I have always found money and math interesting and I think I want to go into an IB or HF as an analyst. However, I feel as if I won’t be able to find meaning in a career in finance. The money in finance is certainly appealing, as shallow as that sounds, but I don’t know if it is worth the 60-80 hour work week. I want to be successful in whatever my career is and I want to work hard, but I just am not sure if I will find enough meaning on Wall Street.

I guess I am just looking for advice because the more I look into finance it seems like such a black hole that people only enter for the money and has cliche and naive as this sounds, I want to make a difference in the world. How will I know if finance is right for me before it is too late and devote myself to a career path that I may not like.
