Is diversity recruiting dead post Ames vs. Ohio SCOTUS ruling?
Basically the title -- SCOTUS justices are poised to rule on this in June, and appear heavily in favor of Ames. In a nutshell, this will make reverse discrimination cases MASSIVELY spike (i.e. if you are white or Asian or straight or male). I don't see how diversity recruiting can really survive this, or at least be ~80% degraded by it
