Is it safe to travel to Europe right now?
Given the Manchester attack, as well as the events over the past couple of years, would you consider Europe a safe place to travel? Statistically, it is well known that many things are much more likely to kill you than a terrorist attack: being struck by lightning, a bee sting, the police in the U.S., etc. Of course, that fact doesn't seem to deter some folks who are delaying trips to Europe. On the other hand, some travelers point to the randomness and unpredictability as reason not to fear going abroad - the attacks are just as likely to happen anywhere in the U.S. (goes their argument).
Would you plan a trip to Europe given the current security landscape? Why or why not?

More detailed response: Seriously, for fuck's sake let's just be sensible. The odds of being a victim of a such attack are astronomically low, not nearly enough to justify changing your behavior for. Even if you were AT THAT CONCERT, still "only" 0.1% of those who attended died.
I think you could have heard about the recent bomb last in UK. So it required that you take time to decide upon the right choice and the right place to go with.
Let's turn this question around: would you advise a European citizen not to come to the USA when there has been another mass shooting in the USA? Probably not.
