Is there a bad time to send an email? I often email former colleagues and mentors to catch up but do so at weird hours, eg Friday nights, late nights, or weekends. Am I overthinking this or should I time my sends to more “normal” hours?

Weekends are probably fine, but Friday or Saturday night kind of weird. Best time I think is like mid afternoon Tuesday or Wednesday - mondays are a rush and later in the week there’s a rush to get things out by the end of the week
