Is there a real financial model out there with real examples used from a company financial reports 10-K 10Q?
Is there any actual real-life example of a financial model with valuations other than WSP and BIWS. real life examples are way more complicated than what they offer in either course. I've been looking for ones with long cash flows to see how they reconcile the CF including discrepancies and other common modeling struugles...
