Is your floor similar to how it looks in the recruiting pamphlet brochures where everyone is smiling all the time and engaged with their jobs, continuously pushing for more or Is it more like people just come in to work, do their thing, get their tasks done, and go back to their families?
Super upbeat. Partners usually come around and have a laugh with all the analysts and associates, you can go bother any senior and they'll always answer your questions. When we have crunch time on projects, senior come out into the main floor and tell us to go home when it's too late (meaning 10pm for them). Great environment, 10/10.
