I'm pretty depressed by this. This was a great blog that everyone in finance should have followed. The articles in the archive are priceless, and it goes into a lot of depth of not just financial transactions but other philosophical items that are viewed by a M&A banker (at least, that's what I can determine. No one really knows the author's identity).
