Dear Certified Users,
Well, my temporary gig with a major broker-dealer is drawing to a close in 3 months, and I was told today due to budgetary restrictions that I can't reasonably expect to be extended a full-time offer--first week of June is when I can expect the end.
My LinkedIn profile is already updated, and my resume is polished and almost ready to head once more into the breach. I have some solid recruiters lined up and a couple of good mentors to guide me.
It wasn't unexpected, but it's time to get back on the warpath to bigger and better things. I appreciate all the good thoughts, vibes, leads, and advice you all can offer. Wallstreetoasis has done quite a lot for me, and I know it will continue to do so. I'm pleased to give back to this community and am thankful for all the advice I've gained both from the boards and from you, fellow Certified Users.
Oh, and don't even think that I've abandoned Head of Metal...not in the slightest.
Hopefully by the time I see many of you at WSO Conference in June, things will be even better.
