J.p. morgan hiring process !!!

I’m not sure why every time I apply to J.p. morgan, it always rejects me the same freaking day. Has anyone had this issue? My resume is definitely not that bad, I’m a qualified candidate. I feel like no one views my application.

Could it be their ATS software?? Anyone have any advice?

I went to a target school, good GPA & good experience. No chance lmaooo

Maybe you should hit up some alumni at “J.p. morgan.”

This is the issue. Any "experienced professional" spot at any half-decent firm will almost always require someone batting for you on the other side, unless you as a candidate are coming from a very strong firm or have strong recs/crazy experience.

Key to lateral hiring is to be connecting with people all the time so that you already have relationships with people at Bank ABC when they have an application up. Best case scenario is they let you know they're hiring before the listing even goes up and start pushing your resume along. If not then they can at least try and introduce you to someone on the team that's hiring at Bank ABC

Ah okay that’s what I was thinking too and makes the most sense. I’m betting they already have someone picked out for the position.

Thanks for the insight!
