JPM and Frank
Anyone else read the lawsuit that was filed by JPM against the founder of Frank this week? Pretty wild but fun read. Can't believe JPM got duped into paying $175 million for what was effectively just a marketing list play, but the balls on the founder to pay $170k to data brokers to fraudulently create a fake marketing list and flip that to JPM for $175m. Not sure how she possibly ever expected to get away with that given it would have been patently obvious the minute JPM began their marketing campaign that none of these were customers, and best part is she literally planned all of it using the Frank email servers that JPM inherited with the acquisition.
