Kylie Jenner Company Valuation of $800M on Forbes

After reading the recent Forbes article about Kylie Jenner's $800 million valuation on her cosmetics company, I am just wondering if anyone else thinks this is a bunch of fake news and how unreliable the media really is.

Some context on the article: - Valuation is $800m - Revenue for 2017 was $370M and $307M for 2016 (inception) - Product is not differentiated at all and is solely based on Kylie Jenner's fame - Products are expense so expecting higher than industry margins - Discount rate Forbes stated was 20% (WTH did they get this number from?) - Said they Used a "conservative" multiple

Would love to write a research report on her company, industry, and long-term horizon....but then i'd realize how much time I'd be wasting. Thoughts on this Value?
