My roommate and I (both 21 years old) are interning in LA this summer from June 8th-August 9th. We are looking for 1 additional roommate (ASAP) as we are signing the rental agreement.

Dates: June 8th-August 9th (9 weeks)
Rent: $1,333/month WITH UTILTIES INCLUDED (great deal for LA compared to alternatives)
Layout: 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces
Value: >2M$ house
Extra: House cleaners come biweekly (you don't have to pay), backyard with grill/chairs/spacious grass. Must be okay with 2 cats (owners are leaving the cats with us).
Proximity: 5 min walk to the bus that runs along Wilshire BLVD (connects Santa Monica to LA)

This location would be good for working in century city, west LA, Beverley hills, west hollywood and solid enough for most of Santa Monica. If you’re working downtown LA, this isn’t proximate by LA standards. You’ll be on the bus for an hour.
