I think the entire Dell XPS line is pretty cream-of-the-crop and run-of-the-mill simultaneously. I've gone through two of 'em (company-provided) in the past couple of years and they're great. Even the 15" and 16" lines don't come with numpads, but I think you'll do fine without one integrated into the laptop.

Not sure your usual setup preferences, but 98% of the time my laptops are shut and connected to external monitor / keyboard / mouse. A dedicated keyboard with a numpad (MX Mechanical is my recommendation) will serve you far better than any attempt at an integrated numpad. The whole concept of the laptop is to be portable and lightweight, so if you insist on numpads integrated into the machine you'll be pushing your way into 16" and 17" screens. If that's your jam then great, the Samsung Book4 is a great option and will check many boxes.

Overall, still gotta recommend XPS but I'm biased. Best of luck.
