Lease Application

I applied for a studio in Lincoln Park this Saturday. Paid the $40 app fee and fist month's rent to the property management company. They said they'd have a decision made soon and would call me in to sign the lease.

Yesterday, I left a message and the lady texts (wtf) me back 3 hours later saying they're still working on it, but that my credit looks good. Bitch, I know my credit looks good. And I showed proof of income more than covering rent.

The only hold-up I can imagine is that I'm taking over the last month of the previous occupant's lease, but I met the occupant and she seems responsible and eager to leave. No word today.

Thoughts? Course of action?

You didn't really have a problem or really ask for help on anything that was solvable by any of us.

This would be like me asking for help on charging my Tesla while on an Island that had no electricity.

Wait... even that would be more solvable than that bullshit you were spewing.
