Let’s talk about Donald Trump

So it’s been almost a year since that election.

Did you vote for him?
Do you still support him even though he didn’t concede and caused Jan 6?
Do you think he won or lost?

Do you think he should run in 2024?

Drumpfy - as a fellow member of WSOs small but mighty liberal contingent, I am asking you to stop.

"I don't know how to explain to you that you should care about other people."

Eh why not. Not much better else to do.

Yes.

I will give him credit for the policies that he championed, but no I don't support him much anymore or think he should have the platform he does in the GOP.

Based on facts and evidence based on what we know Trump lost. Our court systems view a charge as "innocent until proven guilty" and there has not been concrete evidence that enough votes were taken away from Trump given the processes we have. At the same time I don't believe the current election process we have is perfect, so my stance on that issue is "security without suppression". Laws such as restrictions on Sunday voting are total nonsense, but I am in favor of voter ID, provided the identification to get one is fair.

He shouldn't run in 2024 but I'm fearing the worst. Him running is a death sentence for the GOP in 2024 and maybe even the midterms (depending on when/if he announces).
