Level Playing Field?
Wasn't sure where this should go, I guess I'll put it here. Obviously there are target and non-target schools, but once you're hired on at an entry-level position is everyone given the same opportunity? For instance, will someone who was hired through on-campus recruiting from Yale be seen as equal as someone from East-West University who got lucky and was able to get in through networking or an influential relative? I know that after a couple of years it's just who produces more, but initially will the Harvard grad get staffed on more projects?
