Lipton or Moyer for Distressed M&A?
Which book is best on distressed M&A? I know both are good but I am taking it slow so I need only one to finish it during the summer.

Moyer is the gold standard, Wachtell and Lipton is from the perspective of lawyers, still solid nonetheless.
