Hello guys,
I was wondering if any of you have ever been living with a couple. I recently found a nice room in a 4 bed/2 bath apartment in a good location (100 meters from the T) at a great price. Everyone is going to move in at the same time. However, there is a couple who is also moving in (a PhD student+ his girlfriend which is now looking for a job). The 2 other people are going to be a female student and a recent graduate (I think he is working in marketing).

I lived in a 2 bedroom with a couple sharing one of the bedrooms. No issues. We split rent evenly but they paid a large bulk of utilities. The gf redecorated our apartment and also cooked and cleaned a lot which was nice.
