Great speech.

I'm not a huge fan of the guy, but that was a fantastic speech.
Steve jobs' speech is well worth a watch.

I actually highly recommend Conan O'Brien's speech at Dartmouth. I know he's not in finance, but this was given right around after he took over for Jay Leno and then was pushed out. He goes into good detail of what it feels like to put in all the work to get to your dream job, and then have it suddenly pulled out from under you. It's does a great job discussing what mindset you need to have to succeed, and definitely entertaining.
There is a long lead up but if you want to skip to the substance go to around 15:30
Like him or not, he did a great job with this speech and shed some light on his hard work that helped him leave the projects. Llloyd was very inspiring in this. In general, he is a fairly good public speaker. I imagine if Dimon gave a commencement speech it would go something along the lines of "That's why I am richer than you."
