Loft apartments in Manhattan?

Anyone know which buildings or realtors have loft apartments in Manhattan? Price isn't an issue.

I'm talking specifically tall ceilings, windows, multi-level - not always industrial spaces converted to residential units.

Best way to do this is to save a search on StreetEasy with this as a required description. Just put "loft" as a keyword and you'll see everything on the market, there's way too many of these out here to search by building.

Anecdotally I see a ton of these being listed but the "loft" usually has like 6 foot ceiling height. Maybe nicer in the $10k+ price range.

I’m sorry 80k a month is retarded you can get multi story penthouse lofts for way less

So you don't understand the phrase "up to" or you just don't like how expensive NYC real estate can be?  Can't really tell.

Hey! If you’re looking for true loft-style apartments in Manhattan with tall ceilings, huge windows, and multi-level layouts, you’ve got some great options. Tribeca and SoHo are packed with authentic loft buildings, and a few newer developments in Chelsea and NoMad also have modern takes on the loft aesthetic. Even though it’s not in Manhattan, you might want to check out Piedmont Leaf Lofts — it’s a beautiful example of loft living, though technically located in North Carolina, it can give you a good sense of what premium loft spaces can offer. For Manhattan-specific, reach out to agents specializing in luxury lofts; they usually have private listings that aren’t always on the big platforms. Good luck with the hunt!

I had a place way uptown that had crazy stories- 5th floor walkup, three bedrooms all in 700-ishsquare feet. both friends had significant others there (the straight guy got his girlfriend preggers. I ended up housing a friend who would have been out of doors otherwise) no we didn't do anything there, but he was a decent cuddler, even though it cramped my style.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

5th floor walkup is rough. I lived on a 3rd floor walkup for 10 years and even though I'm strong, groceries were a pain in the ass. Always had to get them all in one trip.
