Looking for a female roommate

This is an ideal place for those who wanna save time from daily commute, enjoy a lovely neighborhood such as Union Square, and pay half price.

The property is at 15th St between 6th and 7th Ave.The room is furnished and will be available on July 1st. You have a big closet, and an option to get a futon bed, a book shelf, and a three-drawer storage cart with a wood top for only $250 (good quality and only used for a month). You are welcome to bring in your own furniture if you don't need them.

You will share ONE Bedroom with me and a large living room with two other guys and another girl. The apartment has three levels, four bed rooms, two bath rooms, and a nice deck connected to the living room. We have a huge flat plasma TV in our living room. A clean lady will come every other week.

I am a very easy going and organized girl in my early twenties. I work for a public accounting firm in midtown. My schedule is 9a-7p weekday and Saturdays during the tax season, and 9a-6p for the rest days of the year. I enjoy the companionship of people and always make good friends with my roommates.
