I am looking for a roommate to move into my 2-bedroom apartment in Lenox Hill, UES at $1950 per person/month. I initially got this apartment during COVID, so my rate is a good amount below similar apartments. Great Manhattan neighborhood that is very accessible to subways, a 5-minute walk into midtown, and a 5-minute walk to Central Park.
