Looking for a Roommate (NYC)
I am looking for a roommate to move into my 2-bedroom apartment in Lenox Hill, UES at $1950 per person/month. I initially got this apartment during COVID, so my rate is a good amount below similar apartments. Great Manhattan neighborhood that is very accessible to subways, a 5-minute walk into midtown, and a 5-minute walk to Central Park. The apartment is a nice size, 1000 square feet, with a large living room. I'm 25 y/o, male, and my interests are cars, playing golf, and college sports. The lease starts on 11/1.
