Looking for Roommate
Currently: Have a great townhouse for rent on the upper west side (71st). Renting it out with 3 friends, one friend is moving in with his girlfriend so need a new person to resign lease.
About: One furnished room sublet available in a spacious 2600sqft two-story brownstone. Room with backyard access is available or the room below (same layout). Rent for bottom is 2362.5 and for top is 2462.5. The lease was signed in June 2024 for a year.
About the roommates:
3 recent graduates, who all work in finance. We are all 24 years old and have known each other throughout college. Interests include Golf (had a simulator in the backyard when it was warm), skiing, sports, and drinking with friends.
