Hi—I have a place I’m contemplating renewing the lease for on the upper eastside (~70th street)
Lease ends at the end of the month and would be looking for a roommate for an August move in date.
Rent would be $2500. Apartment has a dry cleaner, roof access (30th floor—stunning view of the city), gym, washer/dryer in building, and doorman.
Renewed lease last year with current roommate—he decided to move this year. I love the place so am not looking to move yet.
Apartment is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a den.
