Age: I'm 24 male but open to people of any age
Budget: 1.5K - 2.5K
Neighborhoods: Anza Vista, Fillmore, Lower Pac Heights, Polk Gulch, Nob Hill, Fort Mason
Logistics: Looking for parking as I will have a motorcycle but not a daily driver - I'll use public transport & ubers most of the time
Interests: Weightlifting, Snowboarding, TV / Anime, Trying New Foods
Other: Not a neat freak but definitely need common areas to be clean. Ideally, we can vibe together and be friends. I like to cook and have a gf I cook with but primarily meal prep
