LOOKING FOR THIRD ROOMMATE (LES)
A buddy and I (both soon-to-be graduates) currently have our eyes on an awesome apartment in the LES, just need one more person.
We both are about to graduate from one of Michigan State / Indiana / BC / BU / GW and are in the same fraternity. He’s starting at a BB in July, I’m starting at an EB. We’re both laid back, run of the mill dudes.
Apartment itself is in the LES, July move in, $2,150 rent, and we’re looking to sign a two year lease because the apartment itself is actually unique and we think we can leverage the long term lease for a discount.
Know it’s a long shot to find a rando willing to sign a 2Y lease with strangers, but figured this was worth a shot. Send me a PM if you’re interested and we can chat.

Not interested, but how are you able to get a lease starting in July nearly three months in advance? I'll be moving to NY this summer and heard places won't let you sign a lease more than a month in advance.
There’s potentially some leverage to delay move-in to July because of our willingness to sign a 2Y lease
