Manhattan Realtor / No fee broker reccomendation
Could anyone recommend some reputable Manhattan realtors/no fee brokers that would be able to help me find a last minute place for this coming July?
Additionally, if anyone is looking for or knows of someone in need of a roommate (midtown/1500 budget) I would very much appreciate it as well.

Hands down best broker in Manhattan. Most of them are fuckin douche bags.

Peter Cooper and Stuytown are good options for that price and no fee... you can just call their leasing offices... not midtown, but decent location and really nice apartments for ~1500/person if you get a roommate...

all brokers are largely garbage i can recommend a good guy that i got a no fee with before if you want
