Market/Investing Related Jobs?

I'm new to this forum and I had a question. I always hear about IB and PE but less so about jobs related to investing. Can anyone tell me what job is best for someone interested in investing money and the market/economy? Also what are the chances of this job being automated in the near future?

Thanks

don't waste your time if you don't have enough drive to google that

All the jobs I hear related to investing seem to be dying. AM, S&T, ER and PWM all have threads about people saying they're either dying or being automated.

Are you interested in working a specific job or are you interested in investing? Investing isn't going anywhere.

I'm interested in jobs like PWM or Investment Management but a lot of people on this site and in other articles are expressing that these types of jobs are being automated or replaced so basically what I'm wondering is should I still pursue these 2 careers or opt for something else related to these jobs perhaps something I dont have much knowledge on which is why I'm asking here.

Can you tell me how, in any way, ALL of the vehicles that invest money in the public markets will die? Like, use your noggin for a second..

Are there going to be more systematic/passive strategies? sure. Will traditional, bottoms-up investing completely disappear? no. Will there be a push for data analytics professionals to couple with fundamental analysts as we get better access to mounds of data? probably.
