Use first and second derivative tests. No asym. as continuous function
1st Derivative: 3x^2-6x = 3x (x-2)
2nd Derivative: 6x-6
For X0: Increasing
At X=0: Relative max {f''(0)0}, inflection point
For 02: Decreasing
At X=2: Relative min {f''(2)>0}, inflection point
For X>2: Increasing
