Mercer St vs. Water St.
I have been offered single housing in both. Both of them are equidistant from the bank I would be interning at. Which one is a better living prospect? Any tips/thoughts?

had a friend who lived on water st. really nice new building but in a completely dead area. nobody wants to come visit and cab rides to union square west villag etc are expensive
i know nothing about the mercer building but its in a much better area
mercer would be a much better area. Water blows on the weekends and at night.
