I'm actually in the process of transitioning a fairly old consulting firm off of Exchange Server and onto Google Apps. I was completely unaware of how badly Outlook sucks, and it frankly caught me off guard. The whole folder thing is a total joke.

And all I hear from these guys (admittedly older guys - average age 50+) is, "But I can't mark an email as Urgent in Gmail!" To which I inevitably respond, "If you're email isn't urgent, you shouldn't be sending it, dipshit."

Eh, I wouldn't advise they switch. There are a lot of privacy advantages of running your own exchange server.

Any one there interested in running a Linux or Unix based email system? Google products are just a wide open to all sorts of government eyes.
