I've even heard that insurers don't take any responsibility for the damages caused by the vaccine because is experimental, a very important nuance. This week 4 previously healthy british airways pilots have died after take their second shot and I've heard that airlines are considering to ban vaccinated passengers from onboarding because of the thrombosis risk...

In the US the liability falls solely on the one getting the shot as well. Here the vaccines have only been given experimental use authorization but not full fledged FDA approval which would open up the vaccine companies to lawsuits and cause insurance companies to (at least partially) cover the costs of any health related issues derived from the vaccine.
