alrite...this just crossed my mind as i was reading about the current turmoil in syria and following news in media for how beautiful a first lady they have!! and instinctively my train of thoughts took me back to the most beautiful first ladies ever i have seen/heard off
jackie kennedy was a real classy women, so was princess diana but even the current crop aint that far behind...in my take asma al saad followed by the queen of Jordan( very closely though) are the most beautiful first ladies..
what say in current n past about the most drop dead attractive first lady.... way to start off a work free sunday for me !!

Considering your selection pool of "first ladies" you can't really say "most attractive"...try "least unattractive" instead. Rania's alright though.

I just pulled up the list you linked to and I can say it's completely out of whack. I see Carla every once in a while and even after just having a kid, she's still hotter than the three above her. And she doesn't look anything like she used to. I guess that makes her the hottest first lady in the world. Proving once again that Washington DC (and most other world capitals) is just Hollywood for ugly people.
On a side note, I'd knock the bottom out of Jackie O back in the day.
