Been noticing the more mature and wisened people either in my workplace or entertainment and sports are all rocking beards now. Bald or full head of hair with the classic part, doesn't matter.
i also learned nobody cares if you have a beard anymore so long as you keep it well kept. been rocking it for 4-5 years now
Early greying is the true path to success. You look older and ultimately people think you have what it takes to be more senior. Put some just for men grey blend in and watch the promotions come….

Yeah you gotta live with that hairstyle forever until you're in your 80s/90s and then when you're institutionalized, people don't cut your hair that often and it grows out and it looks weird and the nurses notice it and talk about it, but you're so brain dead you don't heart their banter.
