Water pillow for sure
When I lived in SoCal, I rented a room that came with a California King sized waterbed. It was cool for 1 night maybe 2, then it got old. But the pickup line “you wanna see my California King sized waterbed” seemed to work frequently on getting babes back to the place, which had a full size pool and hot tub.
I tried using a Ghost Pillow and found it was way too thick / firm and hurt my neck. I might go for a thinner or squishier foam pillow sometime, but for now I just use a pillow I stole from a Hilton garden inn back in college.
