Moving from junior to management level?
Hey monkies,
Looking for a bit of advice - I've just landed a sweet step up from my current role to a junior management role. While I appreciate the extra $$$ I'm nervous about the move up to a role where I'll be managing people and a small team (although obviously with directors above me overseeing everything).
Any advice on how not to fuck it up from monkies who have climbed the tree? I've had some pretty terrible managers in my time and know how it can mess up team balance.
