I don't know much about those schools that you got into. But here's what I'd do: research the academic rigor and placement of the schools you got into.

Then try as hard as you can to get a 4.0 freshman year. Retake the SATs while your in college. Aim to transfer for Junior year (which means you'll be applying Fall of Sophomore year). 

TLDR: transfer to a target after the first two years.....retake SATs while in frosh year.

I would go 100% for Boston College or University of Texas Austin if you have the opportunity
