My girlfriend told me restructuring is a hot group?
Self explanatory title - I'm an AN1 at solid restructuring EB. I honestly thought she was busting my balls, but she swears to me that modeling heavy groups like restructuring, M&A, financial sponsors, and even lev fin were considered groups with attractive guys. My group has pretty attractive guys at the junior level (given I'm in it), but I didn't think it was disproportionately swayed one way or the other.
I could never imagine meeting a girl in the city, telling her that I work in restructuring, and her thinking it was a hot group? Does she need therapy or is she accurate?
