My MD's Birthday

Hello dear Mr. Monkey,

I'm an intern at an IB boutique where I add ALOT of value to the team but my MD doesn't seem to acknowledge it and denies it. I usually call him up on weekends or Friday nights to tell him I think I deserve a raise or to ask him whether I am middle or top bucket.

The last time I called him he was at his kid's birthday party and I asked him specifically: "Can you review my DCF that I built on my spare time? Im passionate about finance!" He answered me to fuck off and never call again which is his way of saying great work kid go home and talk to you next week haha he's a unique character really top guy.

Issue: I was thinking of giving a birthday present to his son. Tell me what you think, I attached the picture below.
